Just got back to Cusco and found out that my Peruvian SIM card doesn't work in Bolivia. Anyone else have issues with their phone plans crossing the border? I've been using Movistar in Peru and now it's saying 'no service' in Bolivia. Anyone know a good alternative for phone and data while traveling south?
