Where the Mountains Touch the Sky and Time Stands Still
Hey fellow trekkers, I've been asked this a lot by friends and clients so thought I'd share my two cents - what makes a good sleeping bag for the Inca Trail? The thing is, most people overbuy gear that's way too warm or end up freezing on those cold nights at high camp. My advice would be to look for something around the 3-season mark with a comfort rating of -20°C (that's where I personally draw the line) and make sure it's lightweight too, 'cause every ounce counts when you're carrying all your gear on your back.
