Just got back from La Paz and I'm still dreaming about the salteñas I had at this tiny stall in the Mercado de las Brujas. Does anyone know the name of the vendor or the best place to try authentic salteñas in the city? I tried a few different spots, but this one was hands down the best. Any tips would be super helpful.
